Counseling and helping people through life's struggles has been a passion of mine for years. Prior to becoming a licensed therapist, I volunteered as a helping counselor in the Fresno area and had several counseling aspects of my various employments. After experiencing trauma, grief and loss in my own life, I began an organization to help those in grief through practical, emotional and spiritual help. This began my formal training to be a grief and loss counselor where for many years I led support groups and provided counseling. I soon found the people I helped had other struggles. Some were dealing with depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, mental illnesses, trauma, addictions and other issues. I returned to school in Fresno and received my master's degree in counseling so I could provide comprehensive treatment for issues and other areas of their life.

I am licensed through the State of California as a Marriage and Family Therapist serving people in the Fresno, Clovis and Madera areas. This title allows me to provide psychotherapy, counseling to individuals, couples, and families. I truly care about what others are facing. My compassion, empathy and education has allowed me to help others heal and do work that I love.
